Set your intentions

Good morning  and welcome to Day 4 of #100days, my blogging challenge

Thank you for reading yesterdays Blog and huge thanks to John Gibbons for teaching me not only boat handling but lots of great snippets about life in general.

So today I am going to make a brief blog entry but with a powerful point.

I really believe that things start to improve for us once we Set out our intentions but in order to do this in a strong and powerful way we have to spend a little bit of time thinking about what it is we really want.

For example do you find yourself in a spiral of the same thing? Maybe negative things like poor health – not enough money – bad relationships – losing weight putting it back on etc,  etc.

Do you say to yourself “No more, I don’t want this anymore, I want that instead”

Well can I make a small suggestion?

Drop all the negative words from your self talk

Re word everything

Listen to the way you speak about things

Are you asking for what you want or are you saying what you don’t want?

Get a piece of paper and write all the things you want for yourself

TO GET FIT

TO BE HAPPY

TO BE WELL

TO BE SLIM

TO HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP

TO HAVE A TIDY HOME

TO HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY

TO HAVE GREAT FOOD TO EAT

TO ENJOY MY WORK

ETC.

What do you want?

I am recognising that the world is full of negativity and just tweaking the way we speak can improve our own positive mind.

So today – if you like,  when you speak either out loud or to yourself, listen to your words and if you hear yourself being negative – tweak the words again to put them in a more positive light.

Then set out your words or intentions with a really positive slant and see if things improve for you….

Write yourself a little mantra…..

When I realised I was asking for good health in a negative way as in ” I don’t want C again”  well I got it back so now my words sound more like this

I am fit, happy and well , I am loving that I can choose great nutrition to help me maintain my energy levels and keep myself super well.

I love that I have my new home and garden, I am enjoying sitting and knowing that all is well and my life is fabulous – great things come to me whenever I need something it turns up, I am so grateful for everything and love being here, feeling good and helping others to become fitter and healthier also.

I am well and all is well

So have a great Saturday,
