Find your fun again …some would say your inner child ?

A very good Sunday Morning to you,

It is 9.30 in Sunny Ainsdale On Sea (some just call it Ainsdale), now I’m not trying to be all posh but I do find that adding “On Sea” to its name Ainsdale becomes a place of fun, a holiday destination,  a happy times place conjuring up memories of beach huts and buckets and spades.

Who makes the rules ?  Well in this case I think its your own choice as some people say Ainsdale and some refer to it as Ainsdale On Sea !!! there we are choice made.

I also was gifted 2 deck chairs for a birthday years ago and so I feel today as part of #Selfishsunday, I will plonk my deck chairs in the Garden and take in a few moments of this very pleasant place where I now reside. (well why not)

I have been challenged to having a chat today about your inner child, now for me that reminds me of books and people from the past talking about the 12 step programme (which I never did btw) – It make me think that when you start talking about “inner Child” it can be bringing up demons from the past. So I have decided to chat about

FINDING YOUR FUN……. again (maybe ?)

When I was younger, I liked to get the laugh, pull the funny face, be the one doing the mad stuff – my big sis was the clever one and I was the … other one haha

Do we have to totally grow up ?

We become more responsible – buying houses and having commitments brings that to us but I think that sometimes we have to remember to have some fun again.

Can we not SET A NEW INTENTION ? like yesterdays blog said?  Set a brand new intention to bring some more fun into our day………NO MATTER WHAT !!!!!

I am adding no matter what to that because we can all come up with probably very good reasons why we “shouldn’t be happy – or we feel guilty about having fun because of others”  – who wants to actually fell Un happy?

– It is a fact that the happier we can get ourselves the more we can help others be happy – remember the Ripple affect from day.. err 3 ish I think – once you start – others follow its contagious in a good way…

Last night I watch Julia Roberts in Eat Pray Love and the best bit for me was her guru saying “Sit for 10 minutes and Smile, Smile with your lips, your mind and your liver”

So today as part of my #selfishsunday I am going to sit for at least 10 minutes smiling (lets hope the white van doesn’t see me on google maps !!!!!!) and let my liver smile too… my liver contains 22 little smiley faces too, today they are going to have a little smile with me, remembering that I can be a child if I flippin well want to…

So please join me today, smiling from your liver, Smiling from your heart and the very core of your being.

The fabulous chemical affects that smiling brings will enhance your natural state of well being…..

Thank you form very smiley me in Ainsdale on Sea :)
