At the meet ups I run occasionally, I get asked this question often and others nod like it was the most important question ever.
“How do I keep up my enthusiasm?”
It appears that we are all human and its as I have said before, probably impossible to be totally 100% enthusiastic and positive and uber confident all of the time.
But I know that the key to getting back there is to recognise that you are a bit under par
I know I repeat myself, but there is only really one thing to do.
Get back there asap
“BUT HOW” people want to know how to get back to happy or raise your enthusiasm in order to feel better more of the time.
My only advice is to start meditating or re-programming your mind in order to get your “Good Feeling ” back quickly
Choose a mantra
Breathe in and say “YES” breathe out and say “Thank you”
Charge yourself up – become a match for things you say thank you for, you are grateful
The more you focus on the feeling of Yes and Thank you you will fill your mind with the feeling of this mantra
Releasing tension and bringing yourself into a place where you feel better and more energised.
Do 3-5 minutes and everyday you will train yourself to accept Yes and Thank you and you will start allowing yourself to be more positive and happier.

I started a blogging challenge,
but of it I’m a bit fed up
I’m teaching people to flow with life,
and I’m finding blogging is giving me strife
What do I do, the target is set,
But today I feel I’d rather walk my pet,
Just because I started it do I have to go on?
There are 90 days to go and it fills me with a dread
So decision is made, I am going with my flow
And Blog when I feel like it ………
And that time I will know
