Day whatever – all is well – socket is mending – As I am still under the influence of anesthetic and don’t feel 100% I will make this a tiny blog
This blog is a way of reaching out to people and the result is incredible, I have lovely messages, gifts and thoughts being passed my way – ones that I just would not have received if I had carried on pretending to everyone that I am super woman !!! lol
so today is an easy recovery day… I have to take Betty to her Dr Appointment at noon but after that I am resting my weary bones.
And I am going to play some great music… I don’t feel down just tired and the thing to do is listen to your body and do what it tells you.
Rest = Healing
so Today’s message is –
Listen to your body and Rest when you need to.
Change your vibrational energy to understand your body and health
So I am going to spend my thought time being well,
Changing your mindset when you have pain takes a bit of work.

So today I am going to feel great and breath my energy back
Focus on Feeling good first
Even though you don’t actually feel better yet.
Know that things do not last
Move away from your pain
Move into feeling better….
Ahhhhhhhhhh breathe in feeling better
Breathe in feeling fabulous
Breathe in the ability to make a smoothie with watercress and cinnamon
Just know that your well being will improve if you can get your head round it.
