Whoosh a new day, an early start at 5.30 when little Jas woke me up – so I let her out put the kettle on and then thought actually I don’t need to be up till 6.30 so I went back to bed. That hour made all the difference to me. I listened to my sleep meditation and got a really great rest for another 45 minutes.

This is the one I like the best for a refreshing few minutes… oh it looks a bit saucy but it’s not – it’s some blokes voice and a guided sleep meditation………. well I like it anyway :) each to their own xxx

I had to get up early so I could walk the dog before going off to Aintree Hospital for a liver MRI scan.

Anyway all was tickerty boo and I left early so I could miss the traffic and have an easy time parking. Perfect planning.

Get to Aintree and parked in the sunshine on the sundeck (top floor) and as I walked down and across the road I saw so many nurses and doctors heading towards the car park – my first thought was oh crikey what’s going on, when I realised that they were just going home after working the night shift.

I entered the building and it was buzzing with teams of people walking along, trollies being pushed, breakfast being eaten in the little cafe’s… It was like a busy town with life going on. Busy life.

As I walked along the corridors to the scan reception I marvelled in the NHS and it’s staff, and felt an immense gratitude for all those who were caring for the sick at 5.30 this morning when I was cursing the puppy for breaking my sleep… oh boo hoo for you Gilly Willy.

So here’s a big shout out for all those who are working in our NHS, caring for our sick and I for one am so grateful for the service it provides. I have been saved more times than I can remember. Thank you everyone.

So the scanning team took me in early too and that went like clockwork as always. I asked could I have a certificate for doing well in the scanner and they said yes and I could have a sticker too !!! So that’s going on my CV !!! Such great humour at that hour of the morning :)

To celebrate my good fortune I had my lunch – yoghurt and berries in a lovely new bowl purchased in TK Maxx and positively revelled in the awesomeness of the extended day.

Note to self… get up earlier every day ya lazy …..

Hmmmmm, see when I have to I can !!!

Any how, energy activated…… I even got a brilliant new speaker at our Minds of Steel event

Now were rolling…. fast pace manifesting great stuff daily.

And what’s more, next door’s red rose is creeping over the wall….. Free Flowers… can my day get any better = pure happiness is evolving because I am looking for things to be happy about….

Right off to make a cup of tea and tell it how grateful I am that it’s there in my cupboard waiting for me.

I’m going to spend the rest of the day noticing all the great stuff. And my thoughts and smiles are dedicated to the fabulous teams of people who work in our NHS….. big love

Big love to you guys too and thank you for reading. I am feeling so upbeat now I may even hug a tree… Too far???
