Day 26 #100days blog… I declare myself confused…

Crikey, magnets in pants has brought a whole new world to me !! I’ve had messages and funny stories of how magnets have caused hilarity, one girl was using one in her pants for PMS, got stuck to the metal by the packing area in Asda !!! Have asked if it worked but the jury is out on that one.

Today is a new day and I have taken my self off to nature to hear the warblers with the now 7 month old Puppy Jas or when she’s good “Princess Jasmine Fellster” – I decided early this morning that my motto or mantra for the day was going to involve energy and mind shifting..

So it’s “Mindset shift, Energy Lift” which I think is working really well.. Sometimes I can feel so tired especially in the afternoon and think I should have a Nana Nap !! but as I am not a grandparent yet, I want to avoid going into resty afternoon habits unless I am needing to heal.

Yesterday I felt the pull of fatigue so I put the dog in the car and went out. I met my mum and Pauline her lovely neighbour and walked the dogs along the canal.Had a lovely chat, exercised the dogs and had a coffee in The Ship pub and felt very energised and back to better activity.

Having the fresh Air, distraction and energy activation I over came the feeling of fatigue ! somehow it wasn’t real ! We did have a moment of greater movement and activity when My mums dog Bob, rolly pollied into the canal !!! oops so I had to quickly get him out… He looked so perplexed and scraggy, amazing how dogs can slim down to scrawnie after a good immersion into deep water. He was fine and I realised that I could still move quickly when required !!!

So does that mean that when I don’t have any reason to move, I don’t and that leads to lethargy?

So I’m adding “use it or lose it” back into my life… Get out in the afternoon – do something productive and be with people you want to be with.

Now please make sure that you are not over doing activity if you are poorly you must work out how much to do and make sure you rest properly. I’m testing my self out here.

So listen to your body and assess to see if your physical state is reflecting your mental state. Mine was yesterday.

I have picked up a book again called “How not to die” and it’s got so much info about how to use diet and exercise to help get over illness (or not get them in the first place !!! better late than never)

I am now a raw vegan, vegetarian, meat eating, tofu loving, ever fizzing cool living fast blending, jusice squeezing confused person !!!! with no alcohol, or maybe a bit, with some coffee but not too much, a keto, no carbs, on Fridays, with only fish caught on a pole with a little bell to send it into the afterlife !!

I am only eating meat that has lived a lovely life but is a vegetarian and has an uncle called Harry !!!

My water has to be alkalized with the wee of 20 lizards who have lived a successful life

My fruit has to be chewed by a fruit bat, 40 times and my soup pooped out by birds who live in a dark cave (because they choose to)….

Oh heck its a mine field out there, I need a lie down !!

Oh crikey melt down, which way do I breathe?… I’ve forgotten… Quick take a probiotic….

Which one !!! well there are a thousand in your cupboard, just choose one !! I can’t because I may take the one with protein and I had an egg !! EGGGG… was it an organic, free range that lived in a Forrest??????
