I blogged yesterday about a team of people I did a Gill “Empowerment Power Hour” with. I have just received an email with good feedback and asking me for an invoice !!! yay, good work me. (pat self on the back)
I have emailed over the notes from the meeting and suggestions for a follow up in September when they return to work after the summer holidays.
It is awesome that the Head of this facility is thinking so much about the Mental Health of her Team. This is honestly the best way to get a productive team – Working together and caring for each other.
Personally – I benefit hugely from the delivery of these events – It makes me re-visit the good stuff, the stuff I know works if only I kept up with the practices.
So I need more of this.
My decision has been made in an organic, raw vegan kind of way. I know I want more of this type of work – it’s such a huge warm fuzzy feeling when you leave a room of people all empowered because you were the instigator of a new way of thinking. I don’t see myself as a teacher – I am the student in these meeetings most of the time, I love what I learn from the great people I end up in the same room as. When the Student is ready the Master appears – Because I learn so much I really believe that we are both and that as soon as we open up to not having to “know it all” we can flow and be free from the pressures. We are ready. We are enough. Keep being the Student then the Mastery will follow.
I’m not saying that I’m bringing anything new to the table. It’s great just to help people along. In the session last night I chatted about self love and care and taking time out even if it is 10 minutes a day. So what must I do today….

And Not only am I taking 10 minutes out, I am green Juicing and doing my back exercises.

10 minutes mind clearing – put a timer on your phone so you can relax and not be peaking at how long is left !!!
And think about your food…. Eat some green things today or get your juicer out and juice some veg – Celery, Kale, Spinach, Carrot, Ginger and an Apple. My fav Juice.
I’m feeling better already.
