I am going on holiday and because I have set this 100 days blogging challenge for myself, I now find myself in a bit of a tizz.
It’s giving me a little stress, trying to wonder how I am going to blog everyday and post it on line etc….
It’s time to make up a new rule.
What I will do is journal for the duration of my holidays everyday write a little something. Then when I get back type them up and post them as blogs say 68 – 76 ????
Yes group a few blogs together – I will still be ticking the challenge box, but it just means that posting of these master pieces (uber positive thinking in action) will be published when Normal life resumes.
This makes me think that I should probably make a few new rules for other areas of my life.
If challenges are what gives me motivation and dedication I think I will add a few more.
Gill’s potential Challenge List
1. Do 30 days of Daily Exercises at Home
2. Hoover the kitchen every day
3. Swim 3 times a week
4. Look at pinterest for recipe ideas
5. Juice everyday
6. Buy myself gifts (Oh I already do)
etc etc etc
But then again why bother?

Life should be really easy, but I have a great nack of making it much more complicated.
So I am going to glide through the next 2 weeks enjoying my anniversary and my holiday and life in general, without anything hanging over me.
If things are getting a bit stressy then slow down and breathe. I need to do this today.
Today is going to be a re-group day
Pay attention to nature
Have a little meditation
Breathe in the goodness of life
Cast worry to the wind
Let’s just keep a simple Awesomeness about us now … don’t get carried away…
