It’s 9.30pm and I nearly forgot to do the blog challenge !! Lucky I remembered hey ! ha ha
Today has been a day of mixed emotions because I had to help with Betty business and I took a bit of flack from someone over it. Normally I would be in bits about a verbal attack but now I really am shaking it off. I am really proud of myself because I have spoken from my heart, knowing to follow my gut feeling.
We don’t want to regret not saying things in our life so when you get that feeling of I should say something, I highly recommend you do. Even if you may get some verbals back, you will have a clear conscience and a feeling that you did the right thing.
Today I had a great little trip on the boat. It was my very first launch and moor single handed sail. I took the boat off the mooring and put her back brilliantly, but unfortunately my turnaround needs more work !! Mum was on board but I had asked her to stay below and look after the dogs – they have a tendancy (well Jas Does) of jumping off the boat as you reverse out of the mooring…. So you are away and the dog is ashore !!!!!
It did us both good to have this little cruise as the events of the last 2 weeks had taken it out of us both. Even though I was sunning myself in the canaries for most of it. Well it has to be done !!!

I have been challenged to a 7 day nature photo thingy on facebook, so now I have 2 challenges at least for the next 7 days. I’m going to add a third challenge to exercise for 30 minutes a day also. Maybe even add a forth, to Eat raw vegan on wednesdays !!! lol Oh yeah I already do that.
I like these challenges they are giving me something to make sure I do or else!!! or else what Gill? Or else the challenge police come and lock you up?
So if anyone else would like to challenge me to something then I will embrace the opportunity. Keep it clean though !!!
So maybe a few challenges would be good for us all occasionally. It has certainly given me a discipline for writing the little blog.
Challenge yourself to something.
If it’s something to do with lifestyle changes, go easy on yourself and do a small challenge. Nothing that you can’t handle. Therefore you won’t be clamping a big failure sign to yourself.
Oh ok. We are never failures, we just learn yeah yeah I know. So in order to keep learning and developing a little daily challenge is a wonderful healthy thing.
