Shake the hornets nest… expect to be stung.

After the wonderful banter of yesterdays blog, I feel really excited to be writing another one today. In such quick succession. why? Because I stirred up the hornets nest by talking about things that are controversial. But they were my thoughts and feelings of yesterday. Today is a new day and I have a new lesson learn’t – one that I should have learnt a long time ago but it’s only just sunk in.

My absolute favourite thing. We are vibrational beings. We are atoms of cells vibrating at varying levels.

How we vibrate is essential to what comes to us.

Now then. Yesterday’s blog.

A few people really didn’t agree with me, some verbalised it, some said it was the best blog yet, some are still crying in a corner because they cannot get that 5 minutes back (lol).

However, it made a lot of us sit up and think. Making comments and interacting with each other helps us to grow (especially if we eat crisps and chocolate whilst interacting)….

The biggest growth comes in the form of our brain cells working, thinking, working stuff out, dealing with things, tackling emotional stuff.

Vibrating at a higher frequency – it’s a science ya know… (i’m still learning it so only Brian Cox could explain that to us right now)

Moving stuff from our sub conscious to our conscious – this helps us to move on.

No one offended me

Tuthfully – I loved interacting with you all.

It gave me a wonderful thought process and today I have heard a word a few times and its resonating at a speed that I really need to fly high and get on with it.

What’s the word



It was a comment by a fellow boater Karen, who drew my eyes to this fabulous word. She said it was her responsibility to de-friend people not theirs.

Now I thought – hey gurrrrrl you have a really fabulous, worth sharing, point there! And My short span of reflection (it was late) said to me.. “Eureka” and I ran around the bathroom naked (I didn’t really)

But hey taking responsibility for your own thoughts and actions is well worth adopting as a new mindfulness.

So today I am not stirring up any hornets but I’m saying to you I am really grateful for your interactions with me on the blogs. Because what I learn, someone else will learn too. Whatever you know, others would benefit from knowing too.

So by sharing a thought you may indeed help millions of people with their own thought process and their ability to take responsibility for their own stuff???? They may not have realised that it is necessary or possible.

Water has energy and it vibrates at a certain level (there’s loads of science behind it) I don’t really understand it yet. But it’s on my learning list.

If we think something and want to share it. Please share it. It’s ok to say something one day and then change it the next.

If we just stuck to what we learnt as a child, we would never evolve.

This is where confidence to take responsibility for ourselves comes into play.

Do not be afraid of saying you are learning, or that you have been wrong in the past, it’s great to feel the freedom of taking responsibility for yourself…

No need to blame anyone anymore.

It really is ok to make mistakes as long as we learn from them.

It’s ok to say I’ve been a bitch… then make it your next mindful mission to become a more compassionate caring person.

Are you the Hornet in the nest or the shaker of said hive of activity?

Hornets can change too.

People can learn to love a new more lovely hornet.

So let’s think about what it means to take responsibility for our own actions? Our own lives?

If we aim to vibrate at a higher level we will most certainly start to attract others on that same frequency and then our lives will feel complete.

So I’m going to leave you for a week.

I am going to Barcelona, Nice, St Tropez, Portofino, Florence, Pisa and Rome.

So when I get back I will blog about my transitional time from being part wasp to being super lovely un waspy like being.

As I keep on saying Positive not perfect…. On the mend and ready to rock and roll.
